This Retrofit shield serves as a draft protection addition to the guardian or collar plate rain cap when wind is an issue. The Retrofit shield has four pre-drilled holes in the top of the leg to accept the lid bolts on the guardian cap or two rivet holes for the collar plate rain cap lids. Pop rivets included
