Backorder Policy

We attempt to ship all orders complete. In the event of backorders, however, we will ship at our option. Please advise if you do not accept backorders.


Please follow the instructions on the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) we include with each shipment.

Please place the product in its original packaging prior to returning the product.

For UPS items, please fill out the “from” information on the return label you received in the packing slip envelope. Please save the sticker portion with the UPS tracking number for your records.

For freight line returns, please call our Customer Service team to arrange the return. Please be aware that for returns that are made after 30 days, there is a 15% restocking fee. Please be aware that the product must be returned in its original packaging. Sorry, but we cannot accept product returns after 90 days and we cannot accept returns of discontinued items or special order items that are non-returnable. For a product to be eligible for return, the product must be unused and in resalable condition.

Invoice Deductions

Deductions should be made within 6 months of shipment to be considered. Credits not used within 180 days may be applied against past due balances or rescinded.

Payment Terms

Net 30 days. Finance charges are 1-1/2% per month (18% per annum) on past due balances remaining unpaid 30 days after the date of the invoice. Minimum finance charge is $2. Future orders are subject to a hold status if previous invoices are not paid within 30 days.

Claims & Damages

All claims, shortages and damage must be reported to Copperfield customer service within 10 days business days of receipt of the product. When reporting claims, shortages or damage please include the actual number of cartons received. Shortages reported after 10 days are subject to the policies of each carrier.

We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express for purchases.

At Copperfield, we are always striving to provide you with a better customer experience. As part of these efforts, your telephone calls with our account managers and customer service representatives may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.

New Accounts

Credit may be established, subject to Credit Department approval, by completing our credit application.
